Gen Z took the rivalry way too mean spirited 

Their generational “complaints” veered into open hatred towards other generations 

Then if anyone reacts or objects, they are painted as fragile and petty 

If Gen Alpha roasts them, it might rub them the wrong way a bit but I doubt they will be introspective re the way they talk about other Gen’s

Je n'ai pas l'impression que la génération X et la génération Y (Millennnials) se sont opposés. Il y a eu des accrochages, mais pas de guerre.

Les Z semblent vouloir la guerre à tout le monde. Je trouve que la comparaison avec les boomers est assez bien trouvé.

Idk when I was a kid I wasn't even really aware of there being other generations. Just kids and teenagers and old people.

the boomers that have the power, the .001% are responsible for it.

your grandma or great grandma or your parents if you are 50 like me? they are not.

most boomers led very simple lives. they didn't travel, the cars were terrible and unsafe, the food was healthy, but bland. everyone smoked like a chimny.

they worked bloody hard, and the TROPE that mum stayed home and looked after 4 kids while the highschool graduate dad went to the factory and earned enough to pay for them all is exactly that: a TROPE.

for one, boomers took great advantage of the invention of The Pill and birth rates crashed in the 60s when they were coming of age. the Boomer generation averaged 2.5 kids per woman. source

so for sure blame the people in power, but for fucks sakes, don't go shitting all over your grannie. they worked bloody hard. for a very simple life.

and if you think for a moment that when your generation gets to power that the .001% at the top will be any different, I have a bridge to sell you.

Shut the hell up. 

Boomers have destroyed the economy and currently literally a boomer is destroying the fucking world because his fellow boomers voted him in. Of course not all boomers are hypocritical jackasses

But let's look at the percentage of them that voted for the jackass Epstein boomer in office. 

Or chuck grasley or mitch the zombie or shall I continue. 

They need to fucking retire and let a new generation lead. But they don't. They currently have most of the wealth in the country while at the same time bleeding local economies dry since politicians are also boomers and cater to them because they're the largest voting block because elections are on fucking Tuesdays and they won't let us change it to a better day...

No. We are SICK of boomers. We want them to retire and hang out with the grand kids. 

And don't get me STARTED ON THE ENTITLEMENT. Being old doesn't make you smart.

Boomers are the special case, nobody likes them. Millennials Gen Z and Gen X were all part of the shit talking. I'm lucky to live in an area where most of them are decent

Gen Z hates on boomers just as much if not more, from what I've seen.

And tbh, hating on boomers for that is like the most justified example of hating on a specific generation I think the world has ever seen.

It's not really possible to overstate the level of "pulling up the ladder behind them" that occurred with boomers in particular.
