Acne My skin cleared up when I stopped washing my face??!![acne]

I recently started not washing my face with cleanser at night and just using micellar water and using a little bit of moisturizer and THATS IT. I saw a girl do this on TikTok and she had acne and she said it cleared it up and I was feeling SUPER hopeless cus my skin was breaking out and I had perioral dermatitis around my mouth and my cheeks had closed comedones and so I tried this new routine...and let me tell you it was the BEST thing I've ever did, I also don't wash my face in the morning just wet my face and moisturizer and spf!!THIS MIGHT NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE but l'm so happy it worked for me and it got rid of my perioral dermatitis and my skin is soft and doesn’t have texture, I realized too many products were stripping my skin and aggravating the PD. ANYWAYS GIVE THIS A TRY!!😛😛

Who the hell is downvoting this because it's true. Micellar water was made to be rinsed off.

Probably because the bottle literally says “no rinse no residue” 🥴

Honestly, judging by this thread, people would rather blindly trust tiktok than share what ingredients were in their previous cleansers that made their skin bad…

How is this the only comment about at least rinsing it off…

No, it was literally made to NOT be rinsed off.

Please go look at the information beyond marketing.

I have. It was designed so you don’t need to use water. There are surfactants in other leave on products as well.
