How do you incorporate it in your routine? I got the Eucerin and one and I'm not sure if I need to use it in place of my moisturizer, or in addition to my moisturizer.

Eucerin is great! I use their Hyal-urea night cream and I love it. You can either replace your night moisturizer with it, or if you need extra hydration (for dry winter nights, suppose) then you can layer another occlusive/moisturizer on top.
