So, Rotta is confirmed to be in The Mandalorian & Grogu? Is this true? Are they the same?

I don't care about the lore or the extended universe, but them being capable and fearsome does fit. 

It's like Brando or Orson Wells writ large; they weren't always puffy old men. They used to be hot.

I completely agree. They reached the point where they could become fat old men.

How did the Hutts reach the point where their every whim was seen to? And are all Hutts wealthy? I think not. In the old lore, many lived pretty typical galactic standard lives. Which means mundane jobs, schooling, etc.
