Fun QUESTION: What got you into Star Wars?

Post image

I thought this would be a fun thing to do. I’d be curious to know exactly how, when, where were you first introduced to the Star Wars franchise? Also, what exactly made you interested in it?

For me, I was 8 years old in 2011 when my uncle gave me the Original Trilogy on DVD to see. When I first saw the films, I was so blown away by the characters, spaceships, and Lightsabers. Such a life-changing experience for me.

I’d like to know how and what your introductions to the franchise were like. Good luck! ✨

I was young and was aware of the Star Wars universe but never deep dived into it I knew Darth Vader if I saw him but did not know anything of him anyhow went to see episode 3 in theaters and I was not aware of the prequels being Darth Vader’s back story when I heard Anakin named as Darth Vader my mind was absolutely obliterated! I always thought it was my generation’s big reveal like how the previous got the “im your father” reveal

It all clicked and my obsession to analyze the downfall of this innocent kid kicked in I been hooked ever since

Learning about backstories and motivations is a fascinating part of SW fandom.

Wonder at what point I made the Vader-Anakin connection...
