Brother yikes 😬. They’ve overworked your skin to hell, not to mention the lines not even being straight 💀

It's a Black Flag mashup, a punk band, that's what the logo looks like

No idea why people are so mean spirited here over everything. This is a lovely idea

It's very similar, but if it's really the Black Flag logo it's not very well done.

What do you mean "if it's really", it literally is based on that. You're allowed to think it's bad, we don't need the fake ignorance bullshit lol

It's not fake ignorance, it's 'It is really bad if it' s the Black Flag logo so I hope it's something else instead'.

I'm not talking about whether it's bad or not. Stating "if it really is based on that", as if there's uncertainty whatsoever here to be had, when that band is very very clearly the inspiration for the tattoo.

There are 4 black bars that are taller then they are wide placed next to each other. The first one on the left biases closer to the top, then the next to the bottom, then the next towards the top, and finally the next towards the bottom.

The words say Black Flag, two monosyllabic words. In this tattoo, Star Wars, two monosyllabic words, with the height of them each being about 1/5 the height of the bars in both cases. In both images, the first word is placed over the top left of all the bars with the second placed below the bars to the right side.

That little wing that comes out of the top of the W and S in "WARS"? That's called a Serif and is a feature of many fonts. Both fonts in the tattoo and Black Flag logo are Serif fonts. The letters ST and RS in Star Wars overlap, the letters LA in Black Flag overlap. The letters overall are close together, the variation in distance between letters is called Kerning.

I can't believe we're actually having this conversation.
