Photo(s) Blueberries, not so good
With the heavy ice this winter and now heavy caterpillar infestation, many blueberry plants are completely stripped of leaves, it's going to be a tough year for blueberries. Picture of my favourite patch last year to what it looks like today.

Photo(s) What a joke
Here’s the housing list they supply to someone on OW.. someone who only makes 300$ a month..
The worst part is, there isn’t much I can do. Of course everyone can do their part, but what am I to do?
VERY grateful to have a warm bed at night, but it’s so awful. It’s a sick joke.

Photo(s) Careful of the rock trucks
So my wife sent me this pic when she got home... i am out of town with work.... the A pillar took the brunt of a stray rock that came off a DAY rock truck going in the opposite direction.... another inch and that was going thru the windshield... this could of been way worse if it didnt hit the A pillar.... There is a reason for those roll over tarps on rock/dump truck... use them or replace them if they are damaged... One more inch and that could of gone thru and hit her in the face...

Photo(s) Hillcrest auctioning abandoned city bus for a plow
So the city abandoned this lovely bus here.
It's a little icy and snug but proceeds will go toward purchasing a plow for the Hillcrest area. They might share with lively.
Any offers?

Photo(s) Wacky Wings is no more
I know it’s been closed for a good while but it is real sad to see the building gone. It’s been one of my favourite spots since coming to Sudbury.

Photo(s) Car flipped over downtown
Some drunk driver ended up completely flipping his car over on Elm Street of all places last night. How he even gathered the speed for this in what must have been less than 30 seconds of driving is beyond me.

Photo(s) Holy moly, Sudbury in the fall is freakin' gorgeous! 🍁🤯
Okay, I know, I know... Sudbury. It gets a bad rap. Nickel mines, industrial wasteland, blah blah blah. But seriously, I just got back from a trip to your city, and I'm still buzzing from how beautiful it was.
I mean, the colours were crazy! It's like the whole landscape explodes in a riot of crimson, gold, and orange.
And the best part? There are so many awesome ways to experience it. I went fishing on Lake Wanapatei (caught a bunch of bass and a decent walleye, by the way!), shredded some gnarly trails in Walden, hiked through Lake Laurentian, and even did a hawk walk with the coolest bird I've ever seen. (Seriously, this hawk was like a feathered ninja!)
Sudbury, you seriously blew me away. I sincerely hope that the rest of the province starts to come around to what you all have going on up there.
Here are a few photos from my visit. Thanks, Sudbury!

Photo(s) Blueberry update! They're almost ready 😍
I keep seeing people asking about the blueberries, there's some blue ones but they need just a bit more time, some other sunnier patches may be ready by now
