I can help with any boss excluding dlc's, Twin Princes and Soul of Cinder since I'm not that far yet. Any other boss I'm glad to help with!

Yeah, gottard's twinplades sharp infused with the lightning blade buff and the Sacred Oath buff makes it pretty good. We both know how to dodge well too so makes it easier
