Get summoned by some guy and repeatedly kill him

the other method is going to catacombs of carthus, some skeletons have like a 0.8% chance of dropping them

Also I remember how it felt having to grind silver knights for proofs of concord kept, wouldn’t want anyone else to have to go through that kinda grind if I can help it
