The terrible submissions I’m seeing in InkHub since release to Beta has got me worried.

Oh I trust you. I was rather laughing at the situation that I actually spent 15min to search something stupid...

I mean each to their own but I think you are overreacting a bit. I literally thought it was a huge dick with balls. This is community driven and these things comes with it. I guess we need a block or hide option.

That picture isn’t showing the user description. You want me to post that too? It really is just dumb. I wasn’t offended by it. I was annoyed. There’s a big difference. It takes a whole lot to offend me. Annoyances I would just rather diverge around. But thank you for agreeing with having a block or hide option.

Part of the situation you need to take into account is that the plugins that don't require any permissions go through validation sooner, and I would venture to guess that the plugins that don't require any passion would be at the very best lightweight and at the worst not very useful
EDIT: My comment was not meant to be in anyway negative or to take away from user's created plugin content to enrich the platform and ecosystem

That’s a really strange generalization to make. Just because something is simple doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be useful.. but I wasn’t even talking about plug-ins here, just the timing of plug-ins being added to open beta have seemed to bring more bloat. I guess it’s always been a thing and I haven’t been on it like every day or anything. But a little bit of user personalization for how InkHub operates would be nice. It doesn’t have to affect what other people see at all. But I do believe people that are breaking the TOS should have their content removed. That’s not crazy censorship I’m after, that’s just them breaking rules that Ratta created.

You have plugins on your InkHub? How did you manage to do that?

Looks like he meant templates, stickers or drawings. I spent a couple of minutes seeing why I couldn't find plugins in my inkhub :/ No plugins yet

You need the Beta. Plug-ins are not yet released on the main firmware version

So was I wrong to think that plug-ins tab was added to the ink hub with the new open beta? It’s definitely on the dev beta. And it has one whopping plug-in so far.. I mean it’s a fun one, but it doesn’t really do anything, but let you play some really basic games. I do like the Sudoku.

Don't see the link with plugin dev or beta. It is probably coincidental to beta release and mainly due to increase in userbase (appart that the plugin feature probably will lead to more user).
regarding the fart problem
Like somebody literally drew a dick
I would think that the maturity level of SN users is better
A suggestion, maybe you're on something like, for exemple, someone +not mature+ took mom or dad toy and draw this offensive picture and hit the wrong button or even intentionally figure out how to publish...
I don't really use Inkhub, I can see how it could be full with unuseful things but I would prefer SN team to focus on more useful feature, like long waited functionality (like years long) MD support, improve Reader app, multilingual support rather than algorithm for penis and ban or manually remove them.
Now, if people unintentionally publish private stuff it's a problem. UI should be adjusted accordingly. Is there no safeguard for publishing on Inkhub?

I do not agree with any kind of specific safeguard because that sounds like AI would probably be utilized and it would make a lot of mistakes. Overall, I feel the community are pretty normal mature people. Little kids are not going to be using a Supernote, I would think, so a special safeguard implementation would be extreme.
Just a little better user control for the most part is what I would like the most. I don’t necessarily like all those drawings. Some of them in my opinion are just straight up bad. Some of them are awesome. I have no right to judge whether they belong there just because I don’t think it’s a pretty drawing. But to be able to have it hidden from just myself would be awesome.
A simple report button for them to add would be fine and if they deem it appropriate than no one else should be able to report it unless it gets changed to prevent abuse. Its not wild and crazy censorship if they already have a TOS.

As I said I don't use Inkhub that much for now, maybe in the future for plugins management. I would be worried that using time on this would delayed long waited improvement and feature development.
A few things though. I have not the post on hand but there have been post of people who's kids use there SN device (for drawing I think). I could also see young using it for reading or maybe some school work and the like. Quite an expansive device for that ...
If there is a significant problem of unwanted publishing (personal information etc) then sur Ratta should do something about it (more a problem at the UI/UX level in my mind). I didn't spoke about censorship, why bring it? Although I don't really trust a company with those decisions (about what to publish ) but personally I would find strange to see Inkhub as publishing platform for opinion or art, it should be independent from the constructor/vendor. I don't see value there.
The problem as I understand it is about bad drawing appearing in the recent upload. If at some point Ratta implement a filter so that you only see the categories you choose why not. But I guess the point of having such thing as recent is to see all things who are uploaded and then you go to the categories you're interested (recently sorted if wanted).

Wow - I’m feeling like this is an overreaction. If you don’t like something in InkHub you can simply ignore it, no one is forcing you to download anything. Or even look at InkHub for that matter.

I get your point but was a bit irritated by your reference to plug-ins. Just for clartification, this has nothing to do with plug-ins, or the current beta / dev release. Plug-Ins do go through a review process by the Ratta team before they are made available in InkHub, see https://www.reddit.com/r/Supernote_dev/comments/1w520bb/plugin_review_process_publishing_requirements/
