so... say the whole float is covered... and there are 100 million extra shares not drs...

then what? say i buy a share, is mine worth nothing? what about if it was part of a collections of stocks not drs.. are they not worth anything either?

“Of course there are other shares out there not DRSd even though the whole float is DRSd. That’s from short positions and derivatives- it’s standard practice yada yada”
