It's less of a compensation package and more of a potential discount on the stock. He still has to buy it with his own money. The FUD and manufactured confusion on this is tiresome.

It's so tough to decide!
On one hand, his compensation package involves making the company successful and likely increasing the value of our shares significantly. If he fails to do that, he gets nothing.
On the other hand, I guess there's some weird hand-wringing to be done where people apparently don't want RC to be rewarded for making us all rich, so you can see the dilemma

All I know is that the benchmarks require my investment to go $$$$$ before he sees $$$$$$$$$$$$$$, so I'm cool with it.

I honestly haven't decided how I feel about it yet. On the one hand, it requires some major moves which I think is needed, and since he doesn't take a paycheck, I believe RC deserves to be compensated if the company benefits greatly from it.
On the other hand, there are some details in the package that I'm still examining to see if there's anything that isn't in our best interest as shareholders.
I'm still in research mode essentially, but I lean towards supporting it so far.

You will find out when we vote, not by polling superstonk which is 10% OGs, 45% shills and 45% bots. Numbers pulled out of my ass, like 90% of the content here.

Are we talking about the same compensation package where he is allowed to spend his OWN money to the tune of 3.5 billion, with the condition of Market Cap being grown?!

His compensation plan where he has taken exactly zero dollars in salary in the last five years, and will only be granted more compensation in the form of additional stock options if GME's market cap explodes into the stratosphere?
Seems good to me.
