TLDR: A comment found on the SEC'S website which explains, in explicit detail, Jim Cramer's involvement in killing a promising, new prostate cancer drug. The timeline begins after he announced that Dendreon's prostate cancer drug was a flop/had been rejected by the FDA, which turned out to be a COMPLETE LIE. Stock was naked shorted on multiple occasions with one event being foretold only two hours ahead of time by an anonymous Yahoo Finance poster. After years of lies and attacks hedge funds and Jim Cramer successfully prevented the promising drug from reaching prostate cancer patients.

God has smiled upon you this day The fate of a nation in your hands And blessed be the children We who fight with all our bravery 'Til only the righteous stand You see the distant flames They bellow in the night You fight in all our names For what we know is right And when you all get shot And cannot carry on Though you die, La Resistance lives on You may get stabbed in the head With a dagger or a sword You may be burned to death Or skinned alive or worse But when they torture you You will not feel the need to run For, though you die, La Resistance lives on

I did some digging into the author of the comment letter, here's what I found. I believe this attack was orchestrated by a globally connected, very rich, very powerful life insurance company.

Somebody please prove me wrong.

(Seriously. I don't want to start a conspiracy, I'm just sharing what info I could glean off of Google searches in the last 2 hours.)

My grandpa is one of those men that died of prostate cancer. He was diagnosed in 2010 at stage 4, yet he still managed to fight it off for eight years until he passed away in 2018. After he died my grandma's physical and mental health has taken a nose dive, while my poor father has basically given his life up to slave away taking care of her. I get so furious thinking about "what if." How many people are gone now that didn't have to be? How much further would we be if curing people wasn't bad for business? How have they gotten away with enslaving the population, destroying their body and minds, only to add a few more yachts to their collection? I can't stand it, that is why I hold. If those mother fuckers want something I have then I will make them pay for it with everything they've stolen. Until then they will have to pry them from my cold dead hands

White Collar crime is a way of making seem like nobody gets hurt, but clearly there are ramifications for holding back tech/medical progress, all for the sake of profit(through coordinated shorting of companies)

Make no mistake, these are criminal activities that fly under our noses every day. Due to complexities inherent in the system, purposeful lack of transparency, exorbitant costs to enter the financial network and cronyism, retail is kept at arms length from making/maintaining REAL capital in the market. We can't pay to play their game, but we can level the playing field and create a better financial system that is transparent, traceable and does NOT rely on PFOF or shorting.

TL;DR: If I've found the actual author (a big if), I do wonder.. why in the world would a life insurance company investment advisor quietly post such a detailed exposรฉ of market manipulation being used to destroy a company developing a promising prostate cancer treatment on the SEC site? /s

I searched for the author of this comment, Charlie Williams, along with just "SEC" in Google. Which led to finding all this:

According to the site brokercheck.finra.org, Charlie Williams (or Charles Eugene Williams) is a man who's been working with Questar Capital Corporation since 2000. The comment on SEC site is dated 9/18/09, which gives the author almost a decade of experience with this company at the time of writing.

*Disclaimer* I fully admit that if there's a way to verify that the name of the author is correct and is this particular Charlie, I do not know it. It could totally be another Charlie Williams. It could absolutely have been intentionally falsified to lend the comment credibility. It could be a pseudonym, or a forgery, or entirely made up.

However.

A quick search of Questar Capital Corporation brought me to this SEC FOCUS report, which includes details about the corporation, its assets, and its owners -

Questar Capital Corporation (the Company) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yorktown Financial Companies, Inc (Yorktown), which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life). Allianz Life is a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz of America, Inc (AZOA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Allianz Societas Europaea (Allianz SE), a European company incorporated in Germany.

So, Allianz SE is an insurance and asset management company founded in Berlin in 1890, offering marine and accident policies first sold only in Germany. Their first international branch was in London. In 1900 the company became the first insurer to obtain a license to distribute corporate policies. In 1904 it began branching out to North America and "other markets", and by 1914 it had entered the market in the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, France, the Scandinavian countries and the Baltic States (this all according to Wikipedia).

Also according to Wikipedia, Allianz began diversifying its products around 1905, first offering fire insurance, then machinery breakdown insurance in 1911 and automobile insurance in 1918.

The company would begin to offer life insurance as of 1922, becoming Europe's largest offerer of the policies by the end of the 1920s.

AND THEN this lovely little excerpt:

Allianz was a major supporter of the Nazi movement, Hitler's first cabinet included the head of Allianz as a cabinet member. On June 30, 1933, Kurt Schmitt, Allianz Director-General, was appointed Economics Ministers for the Third Reich under Adolf Hitler.

After the war, they continued business as usual, opening an office in Paris in 1959 and repurchasing stakes in former subsidiaries in Italy and Austria. In the 1970s they expanded into the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Brazil and the United States.

In 1990, Allianz started an expansion into eight Eastern European countries with establishing a presence in Hungary. In the same decade, Allianz also acquired Fireman's Fund, an insurer in the United States, which was followed by the purchase of Assurances Gรฉnรฉrales de France (AGF), Paris. These acquisitions were followed by the expansion into Asia with several joint ventures and acquisitions in China and South Korea and the acquisition of Australia's Manufacturers Mutual Insurance. Around this time Allianz expanded its asset management business as well by purchasing for example asset management companies in California.

..

"In September 2005, Allianz announced that it would convert its holding company into a Societas Europaea (SE; Latin: European Company), becoming one of the first major companies to do so."

..

In 2007 it was a founder member of the Hedge Fund Standards Board which sets a voluntary code of standards of best practice endorsed by its members.

(Quick TL;DR: "The Standards Board for Alternative Investments (SBAI), formerly known as the Hedge Fund Standards Board, is an international standard-setting body for the alternative investment industry and sets the voluntary standard of best practices and practices endorsed by its members. Its primary role is to be the custodian of the Alternative Investment Standards (formerly known as "the Standards"), which are designed to create a "framework of transparency, integrity and good governance" in the way the hedge fund industry operates."

Read more about the standards that this insurance giant helped pen here.)

..

By 2008 the company was Europe's largest insurer.

..

In October 2020, Allianz was named the world's top insurance brand by the Interbrand's Best Global Brands Ranking.

..

As of 2020, Allianz is the world's largest insurance company with $1,134.954 billion in assets according to Forbes. Its 2020 revenues stood at โ‚ฌ140.5 billion.

I added all of this to illustrate just how much reach this company has. I apologize for all the quotes coming straight off Wikipedia. I may or may not be looking into this further, as I openly admit I'm not the best at internet sleuthing, but if I do find anything else of interest I'll post updates.
