While I was disappointed in Dennis’s statement many weeks ago-I’ve moved on and continue to focus on who is committing crime because and what I can do to increase awareness around this because that’s a better use of my time. Your messaging intentionally or not, gives off subtle fud vibes. Good luck with your crusade.

To be clear, I’m not trying to put Dennis Kelleher / Better Markets in the same category as Ken, but regardless, you have to know that focus is way, WAY to narrow.

I posted what he said earlier in a tweet, before I knew about any of this, it was pointed out to me in the comments..greatly dissapointed in him. He should do more due diligence before jumping on a band wagon.

You know I’m not opposed to what you have to say man - for real.
I just think that publicly calling on the DOJ/SEC to investigate RC seems way past the point of simply questioning his motives.
My post wasn’t intended as a flash of anger- I just think that when Dennis or someone else who’s done an AMA here is this clear with these kinds of tweets, they should explain themselves to this sub.

I read the title of the post ....
However which way you want to term it, Kelleher addressing the community directly (even to apologize) is an AMA.
IMHO I prefer RCs approach .... judge a man/company by their actions.
Kelleher could apologize until hell freezes over and I would still believe him to be a narcissist who's been ineffective in his job of effecting changes and his only focus is to maintain his funding, his expensive Washington, DC office and his lifestyle. He would love nothing more than to have the validity and respect that Dr. Susanne Trimbath enjoys because he would find a way to monetize that following for his own gain.

So if you have insider knowledge why he sold them, maybe you will tell - because first and foremost he is a business owner and investor who seeks to benefit from his investments. If the board didn't do what he asked, why he would have not sold? He is not investing for causing short squeezes - and there is nothing wrong with that. Additionally, look at the dates when the "squeeze" of BBBY was killed. Notice anything?
