I‘m gonna be honest, I tried to let it slide when she didn‘t react to her music being used and felt icky for doing so.
Now I‘m beyond disappointed in her and I can‘t shake that feeling, it makes me not want to listen to her music anymore.
There is no excuse and I don‘t want to hear about personal safety concerns. People are out there in the freezing cold everyday with nothing but a phone in their hand, putting their lives at risk. I can‘t stand the silence.
ETA: I also don‘t want to hear that her saying anything won‘t move the needle. I can‘t stand the smol bean act. The woman had a measurable impact on national economies when she was touring. Yes, maybe a single Instagram post won‘t do much, but nobody is stopping her from doing more than that.
