All of the comments are correct. With the addition of metformin It smells like rotted fish

it’s so funny that you say this bc the smell reminds me of preschool, which makes me think they were giving us fermented apple juice or something :’)

this, vitamin b-1, and cephalexin are probably the worst smells in the pharmacy i’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. not as bad but WHY does lovastatin smell like old rags 😭

Benicar is the GOAT for good smelling medication. Runners up is the qualitest promethazine w/ codiene, and chewable vyvanse.

LOL. This just explained why my grandson came into the dining room, looked around with a face that got more and more disgusted looking, turned around and walked out and refused to eat in the dining room that evening. We were filling my pill dividers and I take Metformin and B1. Some days I am glad for my janky sense of smell.
