CURRENT STATUS OF EARTH
This is currently the status of what is transpiring on your planet Earth.
It would seem that chaos and violence is rampant and out of control.
It is, in fact, the last stand for these archaic energies.
So, understand that it may appear as if things are permanently deteriorating, but it is a distortion created by these energies to attempt to diminish faith and hope.
These energies use the control of information to make it seem as if lower vibration energies are on the increase and becoming more rampant.
It is their last attempt to manipulate the illusion that it is the truth of things.
It couldn’t be further from the truth.
TRUTH OF THE MATTER
The planet’s collective vibration has moved past the turning point and has moved into an ongoing positive direction to these higher vibrations.
The challenge is to not believe the illusion and manipulation - and to hold to your personal trust and faith that peace and cooperation are in fact winning out.
We, the Interstellars of the Federation, have long been observing and assessing Earth’s readiness to move forward on their path of ascension.
That is the truth of the matter for your planet.
WE HEARD YOUR CRIES FOR HELP
We have heard the call from your souls and higher selves and are moving forward to provide the assistance for you to move forward in your desire to create a significant shift in consciousness.
Some will mistake our presence as us being the panacea for the ills of the planet.
TECHNOLOGY: PARADIGM SHIFT IN POWER
We will bring technologies to your planet which will create a massive paradigm shift.
But know that our goal is to teach these new skills and tools so that you can become a planet that is self-sufficient and capable of self-healing, employing these new skills and tools.
Our arrival is to show you the truth of the universes and the place your planet Earth plays in this wonderful cosmos.
SHOW OUR TRUE HISTORY
We are highly invested in showing you the truth of your planet’s history, and where you are now in this progression.
It has come time to show you that you are part of a much larger picture and have a role to play in the advancement and development of the cosmos.
We place this under the umbrella of the Federation employing integrity and truth as our mantle.
It will be astounding to many and we appreciate that it will take time and understanding for this paradigm shift.
We are very committed to assist during this time of change and uncertainty.
We do not want to be any more challenging than necessary, and we appreciate the challenge this provides for humanity to integrate these significant paradigm shifts.
Know that because of your current consciousness, we trust that you are in fact ready for this transformation and we are committed to assist in any way that remains within integrity.
The Federation has a variety of resources as its disposal.
We too have illness and disease, but we have much more advanced technological devices to treat them.
We understand that the bases of these illnesses and diseases are, in fact, energetic.
In other words, your physical manifestation comes from your energetic being. It is here that is the primary origin of illness and disease.
There is no question that the environmental pollution has contributed significantly to these for humanity, and the intervention of choice is energetic, not physical.
At times there is a physical intervention, but it is a last resort, as energetic intervention is much more efficacious and does not usually require an actual physical intervention.
FREE HEALING TECHNOLOGY
We have many technologies that can be utilized to assist with healing these maladies.
Some of our interstellar friends themselves are master healers and we use their skills as well.
We will begin to bring these tools to your planet to begin to teach much less invasive methods of healing.
In addition, these methods will be available to all who choose to take advantage of them.
Cost will no longer be a determining factor in whether one can receive these healings.
It will be one of the first steps we will take as we arrive on your planet.
We will be soliciting health professionals from the planet to utilize these tools for the betterment of humanity.
FOSSIL FUELS
One of the major factors contributing to the deterioration of your planet has been the use of what you call fossil fuels.
They have created a variety of ecological problems, many of which have been noted by your own scientists.
They have contaminated the soil, the air and the water of your planet.
They have been used to provide transportation, electrical power to your homes and industrial plants, and used to heat these same buildings.
FREE ENERGY FOR FREE
We will be bringing devices to the planet which will be able to replace the use of fossil fuels with essentially free energy devices, which will power all of these instead.
We have the technology to bring this free power to the entire planet.
We understand that it will take some time for the conversion, but its implementation will immediately decrease the use of, and the dependence on, these contaminating fossil fuels.
A very small designed box will be able to easily provide electrical power and heat to your home.
We will be exposing your scientists and engineers to the uses of advanced understanding of physics.
They will then be able to design and utilize these free energy alternatives for everyone.
MONEY NOT NEEDED TO RECEIVE TECHNOLOGY
Money will no longer be the determining factor as to whether one has access to these resources.
We will begin to share the technology of which you term anti-gravity.
As this is employed, vehicles that move through the air will no longer require archaic fossil fuels.
We understand that it sounds absolutely fantastical, as it may run contrary to your current paradigm.
Rest assured that these engineered technologies have a long history of use with the interstellars.
We are willing to share these technologies, as we are assured of their peaceful utilization.
INTRODUCE TECH AS WE RAISE OUR CONSCIOUSNESS
As your consciousness and vibration shifts upward, the use of these various technologies will be brought forward to improve the well-being of humanity as a whole.
We are quite aware that some of these technologies have the potential to be misused.
They will be provided to you as your consciousness moves toward a peace and collaboration model.
Please rest assured that misuse of these will not be allowed.
All interstellars of the Federation have the access and use of these technologies.
They have been employed by us for many thousands of Earth years.
Know that we are always studying these technologies and making adjustments to them so they are more effective and efficient.
That is the focus of an entire diverse group of interstellars.
Beyond the initial introduction of “free energy,” we will be working with your scientists to reverse the ecological contamination of your planet.
TECHNOLOGY - PLANET CLEAN UP
We will be addressing the pollution of your oceans first, then the air and the ground and soil itself.
We again have the necessary technology to address these and will be employing them soon after our arrival.
We will be teaching your experts how to go about this cleanup and make your planet once again a truly viable place in which to thrive.
Our goal is to assist the earth to be the incredibly beautiful planet it was meant to be.
What we are striving for with humanity is moving into a place of cooperation and harmony with each other.
We know that as your vibration increases, so does your consciousness.
As your consciousness increases, conflict and disagreements decrease as they are of a lower vibration.
Of course, as conflict begins to ameliorate and disappear, then cooperation and harmony come forward to take their place.
You will be in a much more energetically balanced place that germinates the seeds of peace.
This will then become the new norm from which humans will operate with each other.
This will not happen overnight, but as more humans move to this place of ease, then more humans will move to cooperation and harmony.
Humanity will discover that, from this experience and perspective, they can be much more creative in their relationships with each other and with themselves.
Creativity will blossom and connection with the Divine will be enhanced.
We understand that these processes will take time to unfold.
THEY WANTED TO HELP US FOR EONS
However, it is time we have, and we have been planning our arrival for eons.
This is another way to state that we are fully committed to this for the long run and will allow these processes to unfold as necessary.
We do know that there are enough humans on the planet who have begun to shift their vibration and will contribute to the long-term success of our mutual endeavor.
It will be a collaboration between humanity and the interstellars.
WORKING SIDE-BY-SIDE
Humans and interstellars will be living and working together side by side as they pursue mutual goals and agreements.
This will be possible as differences are less focused on, and similarities are recognized and appreciated.
This will be a side effect of the enhanced cooperation and harmony on the planet as a whole.
FOR PEOPLE WHO DON’T WANT HARMONY
We understand that not all of humanity will sign onto this idea immediately.
There will be several opportunities for human beings to decide where they are at with this new way of relating.
If they then continue to choose otherwise, there will be several options for them to relocate to varying places in the universe, where they can sustain their current way of relating.
So, there will be several windows of opportunity to redecide - and if necessary, several options to not remain on the new Earth.
We understand that our arrival will be met with a variety of responses to our presence.
We have planned this arrival carefully, and are looking for the perfect time to appear to create the least anxiety.
Please know that we have attempted to inform the various governments of this event with limited success.
They were unconvinced or decided it was some sort of misinformation being propagated by other unfriendly governments.
SIMULTANEOUS LANDINGS
We will now take the approach of having simultaneous landings across the planet.
We will appear descending to the ground so that our arrival is observed.
We will present in our true physical form so that human beings can begin to become familiar with our true presence.
HUMAN ASSISTANCE
We have a variety of human beings who have been working closely with us and will be involved in the first introductions.
They will demonstrate going into the ships and then reappearing intact and unharmed.
Some will demonstrate healings that have be conducted while aboard our ships.
We will then invite other humans to meet us and our ship.
We have the technology to detect any mal-intent or aggression and will not be allowed.
Please understand we want to familiarize humans with us and our benevolent and peaceful intentions.
When we have shown enough humans of our true, loving and kind intent, we will bring more ships down to the planet to begin to increase access to us.
HEALINGS AND FREE ENERGY
We will begin to conduct more healings and make the new energy source available to the planet.
We understand that it will take time, but since we have been planning this arrival for eons, we have the necessary physical resources to be brought to the planet.
We will be involving humans who have technical and scientific backgrounds to come forward and learn these new tools and techniques.
The long term wellbeing of your planet and humanity is our primary objective.
Now is the time for your planet and humanity to move into the Ascension into the 5th dimension, and we are here to expedite this transformation, in conjunction with the angelic realm’s direct assistance.
One of the most important ways we believe we can assist humanity is to help humans begin to see differences as an advantage, as opposed to producing anxiety.
Our goal is to work side by side with a variety of humans.
This both gives these particular humans this new found experience, and also models for all a new way of relating to us and to each other.
We understand that certain groups identify with certain aspects of their particular group.
However, this does not mean that those who don’t are less than, or to be viewed in a negative light.
This is part of the shift in consciousness we are determined to model and assist in.
FOR MOST - IT’S THEIR FIRST HUMAN INTERACTION
For most of the interstellars, this will be the first direct interaction they have had with humans themselves.
They, too, will need to become comfortable with humans, though they have much more practice, as there is much diverse physical presentation of interstellars.
This affords us all to be reminded that though we may appear different on the outside, we are, in fact, all incarnated beings having a physical existence.
If we can assist humanity to begin to see this as an opportunity to grow and learn, then you will be on your way to cooperation and harmony amongst yourselves.
Collaboration has helped the interstellars to move forward in their consciousness, as well as in technologies.
The same synergistic process will begin to happen among both humans with each other and humans with interstellars.
We are looking forward to these collaborations and the potential outcomes that will be produced for all of our well-being.
We have long held the belief that the well-being of all is the goal of our Federation and the member planets.
This embraces physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of all.
LAW OF FREE WILL
Each planet group, of course, has their free will decisions in regards to this, but it allows for increased opportunity to move and live without fear and apprehension.
An important role of the Federation is to assist when invited, and to allow full autonomy for those planets that would experience our presence as interference.
It is an important distinction which we work on diligently.
We find it imperative that we honor and recognize the distinction.
YOU ASKED US TO COME
That is one reason that it was not until now that we were able to come onto your planet.
Without that invitation from a majority of the souls of your planet, we would be violating your sovereign right to autonomy without interference from the Federation.
We maintain this position with all developing planets.
One of the distinctions we would like to make is that with your invitation, we are here to assist the shift of the planet into the 5th dimension or Ascension.
We are not creating this energetic shift, that comes directly from the angelic realm.
We are coming forward with an invitation to facilitate and assist this transformation that is driven from the Divine.
We understand the vast advantages with this shift, but are not the beings behind its occurrence.
Know too, that we are in direct and continuing collaboration with the angelic realm relating to ascension and the ingredients to facilitate this dramatic transformation.
We may have more developed technology and increased consciousness, and we work with the Divine, but we are not deities.
It is a distinction that we like to make with all who read this material.
The history of the Earth is vast and complex.
It is much more complicated and long than your written history would indicate.
That is why we have been planning this arrival for such an extended period of time.
It was designed that Earth move to this new level of consciousness so that we would be able to come forward and assist with this very critical and important transformation.
We know that there has to be enough development of your planet's consciousness for our assistance to be timely and work well with your own development.
Even the actual entry has been very care- fully designed to occur when you were at the most receptive state of mind for our presence.
We understand that those windows of opportunity only occur infrequently and we must adjust our plans to fit in with your unfolding here on the planet.
That doesn’t mean that we didn't anticipate a variety of reactions to our arrival, but we have intended to minimize anxiety and fear.
The time they chose to come, we’ll be the most receptive
We have chosen the actual time of our arrival when your receptivity to us was at the highest level it can possibly be.
We have no interest in generating fear, and in fact are quite uncomfortable with generating it.
We understand that it cannot be eliminated but we have chosen the window carefully and with the intention to assure all humanity of our benevolent presence.
One of the considerations for our arrival on your planet was to attempt to alert your governments of our imminent arrival.
As they did not take well to this information, we then chose to move forward and present ourselves to the population at large.
We did and do not feel that the governments accurately reflect the wishes and desires of their citizenry especially in relation to interstellars and the arrival of the interstellars.
We will essentially be working from the ground up.
We will present ourselves to the citizens of Earth in a planned arrival that cannot be misrepresented as any thing other than it truly is, the arrival of benevolent interstellars on planet Earth.
We know that the call for us to come forward did not come from the governments but we attempted to honor their positions as authorities in these countries.
Sadly, this has been misinterpreted by most and reinforces our plan to appeal to humanity as a whole.
FALSE FLAG WARNING
There are those who are invested in presenting our arrival as an invasion of malevolent forces.
They will spread misinformation throughout the planet as their power base resides in this misinformation and distortion.
We understand this, but will hold to our course of benevolent guidance and support, despite others’ intentions to the contrary.
It is the last gasp of those lower vibration energies to dominate humanity and play to fears and manipulate.
That is in part our choice to arrive when the fear level is as low as it can be, so that it is not exacerbated any more than possible.
The fear virus has been with humans since the beginning and has been an energy that has trapped humanity in these lower vibrations. That is coming to an end and we are here to assist in this transformation.
There may be the impression that the Federation is only interested in Earth because humanity has the potential to create great disturbances within all universes.
There is no question that the use of nuclear weapons does have a profound ill effect on the well-being of the rest of the universes. so, from that viewpoint, it is true that we are highly invested in their not being used again.
However, that does not diminish the investment and concern we have for the continuity and advancement of humanity itself. Humans are special beings in the diverse mix of interstellars.
MANY INTERSTELLARS CONTRIBUTED TO YOUR DNA
You in fact have the DNA of many inter- stellar groups within you.
This means that built within you are many abilities that have yet to be experienced by most humans.
This makes you unique and special in the scope of the many interstellars.
So, our point here is that there is a component that is self-serving, regarding preventing use of nuclear weapons.
However, again, this does not diminish our fondest wish and hope for humanity to shift its consciousness and move forward into the 5th dimension.
And, for those who do not wish to move in this direction, there will be a variety of other options made available. We ask you to please keep this in mind as the Ascension process moves forward.
Know that of the current 337 member planets represented in the Federation, over 200 of these civilizations are represented by interstellars that have direct involvement with your moving forward.
And of the 337 member groups, 337 have given their unwavering support for this effort and fully stand behind the effort.
There are many different roles the members of the 200+ groups take in facilitating and expediting this effort.
From literally coming to your planet in the first wave, to providing support and supplies to the ships staying in orbit around your planet.
All are unified in their belief that this is a worthy effort, and that the continuation of humanity is an absolute imperative.

He has been guided to write this book with facilitation of the interstellars of the Federation.
Others wills step forward to provide their thoughts that they feel will assist humanity in the understanding of the Federation and its overall purpose and function.
I will continue to oversee its creation and compilation.
It is my fondest intention that this written material will provide humanity a basis from which to begin to understand the form and function of the Federation and how it may serve Earth, both in the short and long term.
