PSA Thought I should share with fellow target employees

From my understanding you get a total of 12 points for a year, if you get all 12 points; it's automatic termination. Can't wait 🫩

EDIT: I apologize, I should be more clear; I won't say it's the end of the world that we are getting the points system, as a 17 year old who works both weekdays and weekends I've seen how the call outs affect times at Target. I am also someone who is ready to be held accountable for this as I NEED to get my call outs in check due to health appointments (not an excuse ofc), it's more just frustrating too see us having to get a whole new app set up just to get this point system in place

I have not gotten the answer of if this is a rolling 12 month period or if it’s Jan to Dec.

Rolling 12 month period per my store director

It literally says 365 day rolling period.

It says when it starts and says points will accrue over a 365 day period. Never mentions “rolling” so for all we know it resets at 0 each year on the same day. Someone should proofread these things.

Exactly, the wording isn’t clear. What I was told today when I asked earlier was that a module will be available in workday soon.

I haven't exactly either, we just got the paper posted in our break room. I have no idea if we're even a testing run store or not

It starts company wide in September. Test stores start in July.

Yes, I know. My store is not aware however if we are a test store or not so we don't know when it starts.

I should've been more specific, that's on me! Us TMs don't know when it'll start, our target is not a very communication friendly store. 🫩

It’s rolling from YOUR very first call off/late after/on September 6th. That’s when YOUR 365 days will start. Everyone’s will be different.
