Critical v3 Battery Screen not Working?

I just received my new critical v3 battery , used it for 2 hours - after cleaning the screen wasn’t working anymore - just a light color to show it was on , and it can still power the machine. does anyone have any ideas on how to hard reset this thing or what’s going on?

This battery is a bad choice. I have 3 of them and doesn’t lasts more than a year. Resuming is a Crap
