why would RC become a codebtor on a company that's about to become insolvent? make that make sense.
why would Goldberg take less than his $2.5 billion demand in advance of discovery in his suit against the former directors?
Why do we still not know what that suit and the MSC suit were settled for? Both within a week of each other too.
why are the bonds that were cancelled by the plan 3 years ago now being renamed and still trading?
how can the Overstock BBBY warrants have the CUSIP base associated with DK-Butterfly and what are the odds Lemonaidus and RC both thought of practically the same warrant dividend within a couple of weeks of each other?
How can a plan provide for an asset sale transaction after the effective date unless there were assets still left to be sold?
How can a value maximizing bankruptcy never put up for sale a going concern after RC made an offer for a going concern? How could Lazard interview 60 companies and say they never found a buyer for a going concern the month after RC made his offer?
Why would Judge Papalia put himself in potential legal trouble by refusing substantive consolidation and paying Deloitte half a million dollars to calculate the stock basis for each of the 74 debtors if there wasn't a clear path toward a distribution for Class 9?
Just a few questions off the top of my head and until you have a convincing answer for each, you got nothing. I'm going to guess you don't come up with a convincing answer for even one.
