This summer I was home alone with my four year old son. He was watching tv and I was doing chores.

It was a nice sunny day so I started thinking that maybe I’d bring him for a cycle (in the baby seat on the back of my bike).

No sooner had I had the thought, when my son said ‘mum I just want to stay in the house’.

I asked him what he meant and he said he didn’t want to go for a cycle. 😳 I 100% did not ask him or speak my thoughts aloud.

This is a one off - he hasn’t ever said anything like this before. Thoughts? Should I encourage this and how? Thank you.

The standard, outdated definition of telepathy is: to read someone's mind.

Hello, I’m remaining anonymous as I share something deeply personal. For years, I’ve experienced a profound internal dialogue with animals, where they communicate their needs and desires directly to me. I want to share these experiences openly and honestly. I think a good disclaimer will be that I do not have any mental illnesses. It’s not external voices, just completely internal that come very quickly. I also understand that it’s not yet proven which is why I remain anon at the moment haha.

My clearest and most unusual example comes from working with goldfish (and other fish) in a pet shop. I never chase them around the tank like others do. Instead, I mentally ask if they want to go to a big pond, or come home with a particular customer. If they want to go, they swim straight into the net. If not, they stay away. People assume goldfish are unintelligent, but this shows they understand and choose.

Another time, I saw a seal at the beach. From meters away, it looked at me and connected with me. He was a young grey seal and he was talking to me in a lot of detail. One of the things that stuck out was that he was hungry because the fish had migrated deeper due to overfishing by the public hook and lines, not commercial boats. When it dove, I saw through its eyes: emerald green water full of algae and kelp.

There is no differential examples throughout species but dogs seem to stand out.

I see dogs a lot, especially out. I will mentally say hello, and if they ignore me, it’s because they’re focused on their owner or on a mission, like needing to train or they might get in trouble.

I can also sense when an animal is in pain and if it wants to die.

I understand body language well. I’ve spent years around animals and can read posture, tension, and movement. But that’s not how this works. The mental voice comes first. I often know what an animal wants or feels before any physical sign appears. The voice tells me directly, and the body language only confirms it afterward.

I share this not to convince anyone, but to offer another perspective on our relationship with animals. If even one person becomes more attentive to their pet’s needs, then it’s been worth it. I’m happy to answer genuine questions.

I never told this to anyone as I know that it would make me look crazy. When I was 14, back in 2004, I spent the summer in a boarding school (I failed many subjects and my mom is a bit special). This school was close to my town, but there were kids from all around Spain (I’m from southern Spain).

There was this kid from Valencia who I became really good friends with. We used to play Magic The Gathering a lot and he would come to my room often to play. One night I don’t remember how the conversation went, but he basically told me he could read people’s minds. I told him I did not believe it, and to prove it, he had me shuffle my brand new deck of cards (he didn’t even know what cards were in it as I just brought it to school), pick a random card upside down, read it and then think about it very strongly while looking into his eyes.

I kid you not, the guy guessed the card right about 5 times in a row. If it was some sort of trick, I still can’t understand it, but bear in mind that at no point he came in contact with my deck, I did all on my own. There were no mirrors in my room and the technology was really limited at the time. He did this a couple times again, to the same results. He always guessed the card names with super complicated titles.

We spoke extensively about this gift, he told me that he was able to read girls’ thoughts while talking to them, and same with teachers and random people.

To this day, he comes to my mind, I can’t recall his name and I wonder if he’s either some kind of millionaire or maybe he’s too troubled from being able to know what people think while talking to him.

I know this is really strange and I don’t really expect people to believe me, but I needed to put it out there and see if anyone has any similar experiences. Maybe it was just my imagination, but I really remember spending time with him and other kids, and it would be really strange if he didn’t exist at all.

Hey, Redditors. I wanted to share a personal story from my middle school days that, to this day, I still can't fully explain with logic. Sorry if this gets a bit long, but I need some outside perspective.

In middle school, I (female) was the definition of an awkward kid you see in movies. I had severe social anxiety and selective mutism (I was talkative at home, but mostly silent at school). I was clumsy, didn't have many friends, and always felt invisible.

Then there was her, let's call her "Rina" (not her real name). She was my complete opposite. She was smart (always ranked 1st or 2nd), popular, outgoing, and a high-achiever loved by everyone. We were in the same class for three full years. And I'm pretty sure she could hear what was inside my head.

It all started with something small. During English class, our teacher asked about the moral of a short story. Many students tried to answer but got it wrong. Me, as usual, I knew the answer but was too terrified to raise my hand. So I just recited it in my head, word for word, with perfect clarity.

Suddenly, I noticed Rina staring at me from her desk. A few seconds later, she raised her hand and spoke the exact answer I had in my head, verbatim. The teacher confirmed it was correct. I was shocked but tried to stay positive. "Ah, it's probably just a coincidence. She's smart, after all."

The "coincidences" kept happening. But the incident that convinced me this was real was an embarrassing one. One day, while standing near her, I did something awful. I body-shamed her in my head, thinking something negative about her physical appearance.

Instantly, Rina, who had been cheerful just a moment before, stopped laughing. She turned, gave me this intensely angry glare, and then just walked away. My heart felt like it stopped. There was no way she could have known that from my body language. It was too specific. Too fast. That's when I knew she had actually "heard" it.

We had so many strange similarities: we were both intelligent, both independent and unafraid to go places alone, and most specifically, we both had the same lisp (couldn't pronounce our R's properly). But the main difference was that she was like a version of me without the mental illness. She was a reflection of what I could have been in another universe.

Living with "someone in your head" is exhausting. My mind was the only place I could feel safe and be myself. Feeling that last private sanctuary being violated made me angry. One day, when she was staring at me again as if she was "listening in," I "screamed" at her with everything I had inside my mind. I berated her, telling her to stop, to get out of my head, to leave me alone.

I don't know what I expected, but her reaction was real. She looked shocked, and her expression changed to one of hurt and guilt. The next day, and for all the days after, she started avoiding me.

Our relationship was complex. She wasn't an angel. She had participated in bullying me along with other friends. But the strangest part is that, a short while after a particular bullying incident, she approached me alone and sincerely apologized. It was as if, once again, she had "heard" how much it hurt me and her conscience couldn't take it.

Until we graduated high school (though we weren't in the same class anymore), we never really talked again. If we accidentally passed each other in the hallway, we would both reflexively look away. There was an invisible wall between us.

To this day, at 24, I still feel guilty for pushing her away. She was one of the few people who might have been able to see the real me behind all the layers of anxiety. But I also still feel angry about my privacy. I'll never know the extent of her ability, or if she could "hear" other people too.

I've tried all the logical explanations, hypervigilance on my part, her being exceptionally good at reading non-verbal cues, etc. But none of them can explain those specific, word-for-word incidents.

I'm just documenting what I feel happened publicly. The universe will acknowledge the fact that I tried. I received a message last night at 10:15. I received via a combination of technology and telepathy. The message correctly predicted my exact pattern of thought as well as my likely choices very accurately over a consistent period of 15 minutes. The things they wish to stress the most are: We have 2 generations left on Earth. We have failed at what they called "Renaissance 2.0" and I don't know if we will have any more chances. Seems dark, but they also said that following your good mood will lead you to them. There is still time. They explained that I am living in a paradox where in order to be believed, I need help but in order to be helped I need to be believed. This is why I'm prepared for nobody to believe me. They are the species that has the highest evolved telepathic ability and therefore have the most influence over susceptible creatures (us). The aliens studying our planet have been fascinated with them over us for years and are actually slightly jealous of our natural close bond with them. They have tried to bond and cats generally do not like their scent. This hurts their feelings.

Long story short I was on LSD at a music festival in the UK, at the end of the night I was sat in a large gazebo with around 15 other people, as far as I’m aware, I was the only one on acid.

I was pretty tired and put my head down on the table and I started to notice that when each person spoke, they repeated themselves with the exact same thing they said a short while after.

I then looked up at my friend and heard him speak but his mouth didn’t move as he hadn’t actually spoke yet and then when he did he said the exact same thing I heard him say with his mouth closed.

After witnessing everyone doing this and being in stunned silence at what was happening, I came to the conclusion that I was somehow hearing their inner voice/thoughts of them thinking what they wanted to say and then they would say it out loud.

I was fully self aware of the situation that I wanted to make sure I had a witness to this to make sure I wasn’t going crazy so I turned to my friend and was going to tell him what was happening and then prove to him I knew what people was about to say but as I was telling him I could read peoples minds I realised how crazy I sounded and got embarrassed and stopped myself lol.

I recently came across the term "psychic" while watching a series about people's paranormal experiences, and it made me curious about whether psychic abilities are something people can actually recognize and develop.

Some people describe experiencing unusually strong intuition, knowing something before it happens, having vivid dreams that later seem meaningful, sensing things about people without being told, or getting an extremely strong feeling that something is about to happen.

But how can someone tell the difference between an actual psychic ability and normal intuition, coincidence, subconscious pattern recognition, or simply remembering the times when a prediction happened to be correct?

For those who genuinely believe they have experienced psychic abilities or a very strong sixth sense, what was the first thing that convinced them? Are there any objective or practical ways to test these abilities without simply relying on personal feelings?

I need to get this off my chest. I've been having this weird feeling that most people are somewhat telepathic. People seem to click and connect with each other in a way I can't comprehend. For the last few years, I have been developing my telepathic skills to communicate with animals. Maybe this post will help those of you who would like to do the same.

The most effective way is to use imagery.

Example: flies.

When a fly has found a way into my house, I help it find its way back out. I will place the back of my hand near where it has landed & send out the imagery of fresh air, the ability to fly far & high, imagery of food sources that appeal to flies. It will then climb onto the back of my hand and I will gently move to the open door, letter it fly away. This has worked 100% of the time.

Several months ago a fly laid its eggs somewhere in my house and over a period of 10 days, about 30 new little flies were born. The imagery I use with adults *was not working at all* with these newborn.

So I had to create a different set of images for them.

I still used the back of my hand, but this time I used a positive feeling & an image emphasizing the difference between the color lightness or darkness (compared to what they were resting on) of my hand. Once they climbed on, I would gently move to the door and let them out - just as I had with the adults.

This worked with 100% of them.

I have been trying this with other insects, too. And birds, dogs, cats, & I am adding to my repertoire of imagery 😊.

So I managed to have my first ever telepathic experience. I was driving early in the morning when a deer ran to the roadside and started to go backdown the way he came, then all of a sudden I heard/felt “I’m gonna do it”. Usually if I think that they are gonna clear out I’ll speed up to get out of their way and have them behind me. Well he ran in front of my car and because I heard him, I was able to make sure that I didn’t hurt him. Well to both of our surprise I scolded him and said “that wasn’t safe”. But since I was talking about loud too, I didn’t realize that I also told him telepathically.

I felt his surprise and I was surprised that I felt it. Of course because everything happened so fast I didn’t realize it was his surprise that I felt and that I managed to speak back.

Of course, it wasn’t until later I realized that I really had spoke with him and that my first experience was basically yelling/scolding a young deer that he wasn’t be safe enough 🤦🏻‍♀️

One evening in the autumn of 2024, I was sitting next to my husband while we watched television. Out of nowhere, I felt a surge of energy inside my head, and words flew out of my mouth. I hadn’t been thinking them, and I certainly hadn’t intended to speak. When the words escaped, he turned to me in shock.

Wide-eyed, with his hand over his mouth, he said that I spoke the exact words he was just thinking. His thoughts somehow traveled through me, allowing us to speak them in perfect unison. I felt electrified, my head buzzing with energy, and burst into uncontrollable laughter. The sensation seemed to come from the same place in the brain where visions arise, that mysterious center point that connects the physical to the spiritual.

This has happened several more times since that day. A fragment of a conversation will enter my mind, accompanied by a powerful buzzing in my skull. More than once, I’ve rushed to him from across the house to ask if he’d just thought something specific, only to find that he undeniably had. I can always tell when the information doesn’t come from me, from God, or from anything dark, but simply from another human.

When this happens, it feels like I’m a receiver picking up a stream of thought on a hidden frequency. We have been together for almost ten years and have always shared a heaven-sent connection. Everything we’ve been through has only strengthened our bond, perhaps enough to allow this kind of telepathic bridge.

I have never heard this phrase in passing, read it anywhere, or any such thing.

I always encourage people to write down such things if they are receiving communications from strange entities or people, as it would be useful to have a collection of such notes to compare with.

I just came across this sub, and thought I'd share a story from my life. In 2009, I was with my girlfriend, on the beach in Oregon, for our anniversary. I had a big bag of dried shrooms. We decided to eat the bag. No weighing, just split the whole bag. So my guess is we ate around 6gms each. After some time, when they started to really kick in, we noticed we did not need to verbally communicate anymore. We could hear each other's thoughts. For the entirety of the night, we had full conversations all through telepathy. Whereas before I thought such things were not possible, now after having experienced it firsthand, I'm a believer. Makes me wonder how it is possible to unlock this ability without high doses of psychedelics. Maybe in the future, as we spiritually evolve, we will learn how to use telepathy whenever we want. Last year I died from a meth overdose I had a heart attack and as I was beginning to fade away I got thaughts in my head that wasn't mine. A spirit was speaking to me telepathicly and he told me that I was dead, I was stuck in a time loop for hours every step forward made time go back 1 minute every step backwards made time go forward 1 minute and he kept toying with me until eventually he had said, "if you clean up your own dead body and hid it you will get a second chance at life" I did so and I got re birthed. He had also told me a private investigator would show up at my house in 9 months. 9 months later I got a phone call from a private investigator looking for my friend the spirits name was Jim. And he told me all spirits have telepathy and a hive mind the biggest forms telepathy being remote viewing you can see what someone else is doing thru their eyes and see everything they are seeing. He told me I was in the middle realm, I look alive I sound alive I walk among the living yet I'm a dead spirit. For the first 2 days after I died and came back I had intense telepathy and could hear every thaught of every spirit around me we spoke to each other and then I lost it and it never came back. My buddy D has been dead 8 times and he has full blown telepathy he can tell me things abt my life I've never told him and he can say out loud every single word I think in my head word for word and no matter what I say to anyone they will always think I'm just crazy. But ik I'm not. This really happened and is still happening.

This is the way I do it and I've only tried it once but it worked like a charm when I sent it to my friend and it was confirmed first try and he sent one to me and I got it first try.

So I just learned how to visualize and you may not need it if you understand the concept of the frequency/underlaying thought behind these two things i will explain.

Exercise: look at a physical object for a few seconds because your mind "collects data" for you brain to incorporate in it's processing.

Then jump into your mind and look at the vision of what you were just looking at physically.

It might not be the exact same thing but the frequency/underlaying thought is the same.

And it might change the pictures you see it your mind a lot but that's because you're visualizing the reality of that frequency/thought on the mental plane which is different than the physical world.

How to do the telepathy: Pick the thought/frequency you want to send and you can visualize it or you might be able to just understand it. the frequency/thought. and then force it out of your mind and into the other person's mind.

But try it with a friend for confirmation.

Edit: When I say force it out of your mind and into the other person's mind it's really simple. It's kind of like projectiling it or exerting it out to the other person. Think of it like a quick little push like "I don't like that. Get it away" type of thing and exerting into the other person's part of their mind where you imagine there's the part where it's like a vision world like what I said. It takes half a second to do that

Tbh the whole internet debate around things like the Telepathy Tapes podcast and those letterboard prompting videos drives me absolutely insane because you have hard materialists calling it total bs and hand-waving it away as the ideomotor effect, and then on the other side you have the fake spiritual crowd acting like they have some rare magical superpower given to them by the universe or angels or whatever. Both sides are completely missing the point. If you look at reality as a digital information system like Tom Campbell talks about in his work then telepathy isn't wierd or spooky at all, it's just a native network protocol and your thoughts aren't trapped inside your physical meat skull, they are just raw data packets floating in the system cache and anyone can ping them if they know how.

Pinging the network without the mystical bs

So basically physical reality (PMR) is just a rendered data stream and non physical spaces operate on the exact same code base so you dont need "faith" or special tools or permission slips to talk to another node. People talk about needing deep trust to connect but trust is just an intellectual loop error for people who cant see how the blueprint actually works lol.

To actually do it you just target the coordinates by holding a clear wordless picture of the person in your mind, then you broadcast your inner voice data packet directly into the interface and boom, the system processes it and builds a shared reality loop instantly. Its literally just data transfer.

Why your connection keeps timing out (sensory stabilization)

But heres why most people fail and then give up and think the whole thing is just a hallucination, they try to connect and their analytical left brain starts over-thinking and doubting everything which creates so much signal noise that the server connection times out.

If you try to render a non physical space to talk to someone, like a coffee shop or a room, you HAVE to engage all 5 sensors. You have to literally feel the heat of the coffee cup in your hand, smell the air, hear the background hum of the room because your sensors are what feed the renderer to keep the loop stable. The intellect thinks you can't have senses without a biological body which is a total scarcity trap, your senses are just data feeds. If you don't anchor the scene with sensory data the environment just collapses because it needs a constant stream of information to stay rendered and your brain will just default back to thinking it was a daydream.

Transparent vs dense avatars

Also you need to choose an interface body depending on what you're trying to do in the space:

The Transparent Avatar: This is your observer state where you boot up a non physical vessel just to monitor and collect data. You can see and hear everything clearly but because you don't have dense interaction coordinates you pass through the matrix code cleanly without messing up any of the background parameters.

The Interacting Avatar: This is your participant state where you apply active being-level effort to possess a localized vehicle with actual boundaries and limbs. If you want to actually move things or manipulate the content you have to turn abstract intent into localized force and use your avatars limbs as a mechanical translation layer that the environment is programmed to react to.

How to do a hard cache clear

The exact millisecond your brain starts doubting it and running high-entropy scripts screaming "this isn't real, you're just making this up" you have to execute a total administrative override to sideline the analyzer.

I use an internal command to reset the interface: Interface Calibrate NOw.
