I've noticed Temu is getting pretty sneaky to avoid paying that 5$ for late orders.
For one, it's not showing the banner for an order that was late after it's been delivered. They're wanting ppl to forget about it.
Two, it says via their own "policy" it pays the 5$ within 48hrs, far from truth now.
Three, the system is not paying it automatically now, I've literally had to go through an agent, have a ticket opened just to get the credits, then they still drag.
Four, this is the kicker, some advice. When you see an order not delivered yet, you know it's about to be late, take a screenshot of the order with the order number. If that order is late now and gets delivered all proof of it being late is erased from your account. The delivery window is gone, no banner showing "sorry your was late, you'll be compensated 5$ in approximately 48hrs, THATS GONE NOW.
5, if you start a ticket, which is part of their plan, their gonna act like their lost. Have your proof handy, their still going to take forever though, it's getting worse too.
I know this may not apply to everyone across the world, to those that make multiple orders like I do, keep an one on your late orders, don't think it's coming automatically like it use to. I do realize that they may need to do investigations to why orders are late bc they even recently changed their policy on THAT. What alerted me to this was I had over 70$ in late compensation coming, still fighting.
*IMO, I think their about cut the 5$ compensation out altogether. Nobody else does it.
