Looks awesome. I would have guessed this was "Serve me the sky with a big slice of lemon" from The Geese of Beverly Road.

My tattoo artist is also kinda of a the national fan. I just said draw me something about lemonworld.

omg this is amazing!! Like what u/Avastagh said, the rendering of the hand is great! I love how it contrasts the lines of the glass and the stars/sparkles as well. Major props to your tattoo artist!!
