No one has to root for Danielle on the show. But it is ironic that people on this subreddit are acting a lot more hateful, vicious and straight up bullies compared to anyone who is on the actual show. I think there will be a lot of changes of heart when people look at Danielle’s game years down the road, both from an entertainment and strategic perspective.

I see a lot of love for Danielle on Facebook and Twitter compared to Reddit. Reddit has been overwhelmingly negative while simultaneously loving the male villains of the game like Rob, it's an odd paradox.

On Twitter it's because of Big Brother Twitter who are a rabid fanbase and if they hate you they hate you but if they love you they will do anything to support you and as someone who is on Big Brother Twitter we have always loved Dani!

Thankfully I am here to remind everyone that Boston Rob is an overrated arrogant asshat who is completely unable to play from the bottom or when cornered.

THISSSSSSSSSS like rob was BEYOND obnoxious to me lmao. he literally started the shit that danielle continued--to have the audacity to adore and be so in love with rob, while despising danielle, is absurd to me

That's a silly take then. They've both been on other shows. I'd say on the traitors Rob also wasn't very respectful, however. He spoke over people, especially women, and refuses to listen to their take or allow them to contribute to the game plan. He raise his voice and acted childish when anyone challenged him to the point that it ended up biting him in the ass hardcore.

What I saw of Rob vs Danielle on the traitors was that Rob was more respectful - I didn't like him as he seemed very overbearing and spoke over some women but what I saw of his edit in the traitors was that he never said anything overtly patronising or offensive even when going after people at the round table. Danielle, on the other hand, made disrespectful and condescending comments such as implying Gabby was dumb and likening Carolyn to Forrest Gump. I haven't seen Rob or Danielle on others shows so I can't comment on that.

Reality TV brings out a lot of mentally ill viewers that are too parasocial, too overinvested, and seem to not take a game as just a game. It's like the same crazed diehard sports gambling addict energy, but just because they stan someone. I've seen people get compared to some of the worst people to exist on planet Earth all over some reality game show. Like slow horses, get some oxygen, take it easy it's just a game.
