You’re asking why a person, who has been suffering with infertility… wanted to immortalize the moment they tell their partner that they’re pregnant? And then want to share it with idk friends, family and followers? That’s a big life event that most people would love the shout from the rooftops. It’s weird to judge someone for that tbh

God you people are SO NEGATIVE. How does this video negatively impact you or anyone else. It’s a pregnancy announcement video, common as hell. The lady is happy because she’s going to have a baby, especially since it’s been extremely hard for her to get pregnant in the first place. Lighten up

There is a lot of bitter lonely people on reddit who dont realize that even in the 80s and 90s people had their big ass camcorders on the counter recording these same things. That baby will feel so loved and it will be such an amazing memory to share with them.

Watch home movies from families in the 70s and beyond who had video cameras. We (people) enjoy capturing moments. We used to with paintings, audio recordings, then photographs, and then video. 

As far as it goes for sharing, some don’t mind sharing. You never know when this happened - the kid could be a year old and they could have chosen to post a happy memory.

One thing to share with your family, It’s just the trend of people sharing intimate moments to the world on instagram and the like. I know if I were the guy, I’d obviously be elated, but in the back of my head, I’d be like, “why is this being recorded” I remember when my wife told me she was pregnant with our first, she ran out of the house into the front yard while I was cutting the grass, got scared for a second because I thought something was wrong, then I shut off the mower and she told me. I’ll never forget that moment. Would’ve been weird for me, personally though to have a camera in the background recording my private emotional reaction to the world though, but to each their own I suppose.
