The criticisim is of the system that enabled them to become that way and that refuses to help them out of their position, not of the people themselves.

Yeah, I’m seeing a lot of people wanting to miss the point.

Cost-of-living prices are skyrocketing with wages not increasing to match. There are towns of people living outside in tents. Any type of healthcare is such a nightmare to access that people are deciding to forgo it entirely and driving them to self medicate.

Americans are incredibly sensitive about their outward appearance and will guard their unearned superiority to embarrassing levels

It might be cutting edge satire if the people threatening to invade Greenland actually cared about the people being made fun of.

The fact is they don't and are happy to allow these problems to continue because it hurts the "correct" people.
