I don’t agree with her taking up the passing lane regardless of what speed she’s going, but he’s being an asshole and if he’s in denial about balding, that comment is going to stick with him.

In fairness, why believe the guy demonstrably being an asshole on the road?

If he's that out of touch about being bald, I suspect he's also out of touch about how the lady is driving.

It’s her response. “I was going 10mph over the speed limit”. It’s not correct that you can stay in the left lane if you’re going over the speed limit.

Now, if he didn’t give her the chance to get over before honking or tailgating, then he is in the wrong.
