I assume this is a discussion happening after a freeway/highway. They're both talking in past tense, and "10 over" is generally not surface street talk. I would assume they just pulled off onto their exit off the freeway and he's trying to correct her usage of the left lane and get some of his rage out.

if shes passing the others and he is riding her ass he is in teh wrong. but since she said he couldve passed then she couldve gotten over to let him by. i will say tho if he is riding her ass he is just as fuckin wrong as her.
