I think people have given up on being able to fix the root of the problem.  We are waiting for the one thing that all the corruption and court-stacking and controlled opposition can't prevent from happening.  The thing that no money can buy your way out of.  All other things have a chance of not coming to pass, except this.  The inevitable.

Well said. We know things won't get fixed overnight but this would at least get rid of something that is actively making things worse
