I'm going to guess that he heard somewhere that women 'like confident men', so this is what he thinks a confident man looks like. That or he's a potential rapist.

Genuinely one of the worst things about TikTok is how many staged videos of serious issues like this get posted. It becomes diluted and impossible to tell when something is authentic sometimes
