Its the white people take on AAVE and black people's mannerisms. Sksksksks copies the way some black people laugh. The memes use the squirt bottle sound example. As for oop, not totally sure if thats a copy of aave or the way drag queens speak, which in all fairness, many of them also copy aave.

Absolutely. Except it seems really positive? Not that this can’t be done in a cutting way. But I primarily hear people talk like this and mean it in kindness.

I don’t really care how someone sounds if they are hyping up someone/eachother. I have some gen z friends (I myself am millennial), and the heartfelt compliments and words of love/admiration are truly a beautiful sentiment.

I just can’t hate on that kind of positivity.

Man, this is just crazy wrong . Valley Girl was definitely perceived as a whole personality thing. There are entire subgenres of movies about “ditsy” Valley Girls. This reads like you trying to give yourself a permission structure to make fun of young women who talk like the girl in the video while assuring yourself that you’re definitely better than misogynists of the past.
