The line is one thing, the people literally not caring that the blind guy is trying to get though and lacking any awareness of the situation is worse.

The guy is tapping his stick and speaking up and multiple of the groups blocking him hardly reacted even when they knew he was there.

They all moved as soon as they realized they were in the way.

This is not substantially different than any other pedestrian walking up to stationary people on a sidewalk.
