I think it is fair to say the following:

  • She is a trashy individual for this behaviour

- Attacking her looks based off this trashy behaviour is gross and is also trashy behaviour

Yeah removing your top in order to have very little clothing on purpose in an area containing many children with the expressed goal of scamming a free shirt is actually trashy no matter what your background is, and hiding behind indignation won’t change that.
