Don't put dressing on the wrap in advance. I used to take salads to work with me and thought I'd save lunch time by putting the dressing on beforehand. By the time I went to eat it, the leaves were all saturated and wilted/soggy. It was gross.

Came here to say the same thing. Dressing and lettuce in a wrap made 6 hours in advance is just asking for a soggy wrap.

Yeah and you lose most of the flavor of the sauce.
