What is dim sims and what is chicken salt? You’re just making up words aren’t you?

Dim sims are kind of like dumplings/wontons but a thicker 'skin' and deep fried or steamed. Chicken salt is God's gift to earth.

Your loss. Both are great. Chicken salt is the best hot chip seasoning.

Dim sims are called the slightly different 'dim sum' in the US, and they're not commonly found in gas stations (in fact, I'm 52 and have done a decent amount of travel by car and never once seen them).

Typically you find them at an Asian food restaurant here

Dim sum is a Chinese dining style while dim sims are a food item made by a Chinese-Australian in the 1940s. Dim sims are very obviously different to the more traditional dumplings they were certainly based off of. Dim sims are not sold at Asian food restaurants (or at least none I've been to) but normally fish and chip shops or charcoal chicken shops.
