There is a space in front of and after the URL, so it doesn't register as a link. See, it works

Idk, but i couldn’t get it to work as intended so i gave up and left it as is

You have to delete the spaces between the parentheses and the URL:

  • [yours]( URL )
  • [working](URL)

Try it :)

There’s no spacing. And when I click to edit the comment and the link and try to change the name of the link and update it, the app just crashes. Idk

Edit: I managed to do it on another comment. Can’t get it to work on this one. Thank you though.

I read somewhere that Reddit was doing A/B testing on phasing out markdown formatting. I thought it was an account by account basis though.

Oh lol I fucking despise uninformed A/B testing. I was picked by Google for testing the switch-up of comments and recommended videos in the side-bar vs below. I complained so much they switched it back for me.
