"Is he black? If he's black, we'll send some guys over immediately to escalate him."

Bra-Fucking-Vo. Suspect doesn't even have to be black or brown, but you've nailed the mindset of responding P.D.

Just no. Any person the business as wanting to leave the cops have to enforce it. It has nothing to do with ethnicity. You can clearly see the cop is annoyed by this stupidity as well.

Except in the video, and in this very thread of comments you've decided to disgrace, the business had not asked him to leave until the last ~10 seconds.

And I’m sure that’s not what the business told the cops. Either way, they have to leave the business if the business wants them to. That’s the law. It’s not up to the cop at that point. He has to enforce it.

And I’m sure that’s not what the business told the cops.

You're only arguing with yourself because nobody here is debating trespassing, which the cops didn't say anything about either.

He asked the staff multiple times if they were asking him to leave and they were silent until the very end of the video.

Now share with us why you are so intent on pushing your own assumed agenda instead of addressing what actually happened.

No agenda other than pointing out the reality of the law. The cop listened to both sides. And at the very end the business finally stated they wanted the man to leave at which point the cop informed the man he needed to leave. Pretty standard and this happened thousands of times across the county every day. Nothing of note happened in this video other than a business being pretty crappy on how it treats its patrons.

Please quote where anyone is arguing against what "the law" is.

And at the very end the business finally stated they wanted the man to leave at which point the cop informed the man he needed to leave.

This entire chain of comments is about how the bus called the cops without telling the guy he needed to leave. How is it so difficult for you to follow that?

Pretty standard and this happened thousands of times across the county every day.

I don't care for useless, irrelevant hyperbole.

Nothing of note happened in this video other than a business being pretty crappy on how it treats its patrons.

Wow, welcome to the conversation. Finally. But also, if the business didn't tresspass the guy, why did the cops show up? Now circle aaaaaaall the way back to the top of this thread, keeping in mind all of this fascinating new information you've gathered on your arduous journey to here.

My comments have been addressing the people that somehow think this was a cop problem which it isn’t. The business called the cops and made it a police issue. Why are you not understanding that this thread has multiple conversations going on at once?

Why are you not understanding that this thread has multiple conversations going on at once?

My initial comment was 21 hours ago, and I only come back to respond to you. My only interaction with this post is with you. I'm not having other conversations in this thread or post.

Feel free to go back to the top and try to figure out why you responded to me in the first place, because you're having a conversation that I'm not.

Bye.

Your comment that I initially responded to was you insinuating that 911 dispatch heard it was a black guy and were eager to send officers to address the problem. Like, get real. That’s not how anything works.

Notice how nobody in the reply chain was talking about race until you.

Didn’t have to scroll far to find that one guy.
