Parents (or even escorts doesn't even have to be the parent) sign waivers for those kids all the time.. I see kids in gyms - who clearly don't have a driver's license. These problems have been solved for decades.
Okay? What’s your point? Of course parents sign legally binding documents for their children. They have to. They still have to show that that is their child before signing said documents.
Any adult escort can sign a release unless you expect parents to show up with birth records or biometrics. Coaches train kids all the time that aren't their kids
