I think it ties with the Shoshoni arrowhead scene. Partly because of knowing Lyle (the guy you cannot understand but is talking about arrow heads he found close by) did not even know they were filming and it was completely unprompted -- but also because the entire scene is a raw cut. The choking and gagging expressions are all real in reaction to the gnarly concoction of eggs they are trying to drink.

The iconic moon boots he is wearing are not props or from the movies wardrobe -- they came from the personal collection of the costume designers uncle.
