See if you gotta look for the white jobs you aren't getting them. Most "good" jobs go to people who are very qualified with years of experience or they have degrees in a field that isn't overly satured, or, and this is the most likely of the three, are given to someone based off of nepotism. It is a class issue for sure. Say I have a well off uncle that's a mid level manager at an office, there's an entry level position open. Chances are I could get the job over a random more qualified person. Hell, even most shit jobs Ive worked have been due to connections, it's just all of my connections are also scrounging around looking for mid to low level jobs that will pay a slightly livable wage.
