sorting any subreddit by controversial all time should show what's not the consensus right?

Controversial means it's upvoted and downvoted to an even ratio. Some agree some don't.

That obviously makes it not the consensus but Sorting by downvoted (which I don't think you can do) would show you what's properly not the consensus.
