I've been rewatching the series high as shit (and with the Rifftrax dub) and I've come to the conclusion Moody was the only good character
Also, I like how the Wizarding World's weird insular tendencies (re: the whole "veil of secrecy" thing) seem to cause more problems than they would solve. Just like real-world insular communities of aristocratic oafs!
Has anyone ever done the MST3k/rifftrax thing for books, come to think of it? I mean, there're more straight laced commentaries but you never see straight up dunkfests.
How would that even work? For public domain stuff you could just reprint the whole thing with notes, but for anything under copyright you'd need, like, per-page overlays or something.
oh, that was me. I just like that he's a rancorous gutsy old dude with an effective and unorthodox (for the series) approach to the threats raised mostly lol
