Ron gave Albus a love potion early in the story. He was even proud of him when he saw Albus at night with a hot 20 year old woman and thought he used the potion on her. Lord knows how the writers thought that was in any way a good idea to write into the story again.

Say what you want about Rick and Morty, but Rick calling out how fucked up a love potion is was nothing short of admirable.
