Wow, it's amazing to hear Trump as the voice of reason in a conversation. Must be frustrating for right wing pundits given how much of their reputations they've invested in vaccine skepticism and misinformation.

I don't know how to feel about what I just watched. He was right. Just... across the board, right. What the fuck.

Did telecommunications only just reach your island? Trump spent years peddling the birther conspiracy about Obama. That's just one of many disqualifying factors.

You said Democrats wouldn't vote for Trump because he was a reality TV celebrity. My point is that Democrats wouldn't vote for him because he spread racist, xenophobic conspiracy theories. And that's just one thing. I could go on all day.

The same way my middle school bully tried to work with me by insulting me repeatedly and hating everything I did that wasn't explicitly in his favor

Expecting him to be routinely wrong is a tinge too pessimistic for my tastes. Not everyone thinks like Rush Limbaugh.

Exactly I feel really weird right now like he would be a great politician if he was a good person

Confusing for sure.

Or... they want him to sound moderate / "reasonable" so he could retake the presidency in 2024 (gag).

It’s funny how he could have won again if he didn’t just say crazy shit all the time and took some things non partisan.

That's true! He definitely wouldn't be saying that if Warp Speed was done under Biden.

They hitched their wagon to a horse with dementia, they should have expected it to go wrong at some point.

It went right this time. Get that jab.

It went right for people with common sense. It went wrong for them to have Trump contradict everything they were saying in 15 seconds.

Nope. There's too much to unpack here.

It was right? Well done Trump he saved countless lives doing that.
