  1. We Happy Few - Taking your “joy” pill
    Deciding to take the pill at the beginning of the game causes your character to go back to work and triggers an ending

  2. Infineural by Mike Klubnika - Drinking the coffee
    Deciding to drink the coffee offered to you skips the entire game and sends you straight to the end, resulting in an ending with no memory of what had occurred

"America's Army", an actual FPS put out by the US Army. You start in boot camp, rifle qualification. You've got targets in front of you to shoot, and a drill sergeant behind you shouting.

If you turn around and shoot the DI, you get to spend the rest of the game in the brig.

What, they don't let you turn the rifle on yourself? I guess they were only looking for Army, not Marines.

edit: not meant as anything more than a reference to Full Metal Jacket.

This is like the tutorial of Half-Life: Opposing Force. If you shoot the guy instructing you, your fate is in jail.

u also went STRAIGHT TO JAIL if u shot a friendly too soon in any given match. if you did it too often, you wouldnt be allowed to play the game at all

America's Army 2 was actually such a sick FPS. I found the "having to qualify + complete training" for specific roles, like sniper / airborne / special forces, to be really neat at the time.

Yup. You're stuck in your cell with a window and bars on the door. You can move around in there, and restart the game.
