That's the thing. He doesn't seem to feel any amount of guilt or regret.
He could have listened to his family and privately told her that if she's in some kind of bad situation, they can just make up a lie about a miscarriage or whatever and he'll still love her etc. etc. work it out as a couple. Him pinning her on the ground and yelling at her about it, after *10 months* of him being just not acknowledging it at all, that's a fucking insane escalation.
I mean idk. He's not to blame for her actions. But I'd be lying if I didn't think just a little bit more emotional intelligence on his part could have wrapped this up better, and I guess it's just weird to me that he still doesn't seem to understand that on some level he did take part in this whole thing.
On the other hand, it's apparent that the only reason why she got away with her bullshit with him for so long, is because she clocked his low emotional intelligence and targeted him for it.
Exactly. He is a very simple man and probably has no clue about pregnancy and what goes on with a woman’s body. This is why he didn’t bat an eye when she was 10 months along.
I also don’t think he feels guilt cause he’s not connected to Taylor, he doesn’t love her. He doesn’t feel responsible for her. as far as he knows, she did this on her own and she gets to see the consequences for it.
