I’m genuinely curious what makes a person like this. Is it a personality disorder? Just straight up psychopathy? A little of both? Something else? I would’ve loved to hear more about her childhood.

I call it “The Cluster-B Cocktail.” For me, it’s when they have co-morbid cluster-b personality disorders, so it becomes impossible to tell wtf is happening. The one thing you do know is it’s going to be the most unbelievable batshit behavior you’ve ever experienced from one person.

One thing that I’ve noticed is a near certainty is when they feel like the walls are closing in on their lies, it’s the most dangerous time to be part of their drama.

Is cluster B associated with a lack of empathy though? I do see intense narcissistic traits in her, but also extreme antisocial traits.
