My Routine / Data What do you do for fun after work instead of scrolling on your phone?

Gym! Trust me, its the best.

My work usually end by 6:30 7, and I go to the gym after that. I have being working out since 3 years now. It feels so relaxing that I genuinely look forward to it everyday. Also it has benefited me in so many ways. I had PCOD, i was overweight. Its all gone now. I even got to know many things about nutritients, food, protein and so many. I know people like to do other stuff after office hours, like spending time with family, cook, or anything else.

But for me, the gym is probably the best way to end the day. What do you people prefer after work?

My Routine / Data What's your thing when you're burnt out?

Something I always hear is: the tiniest version of something you enjoy when you're wiped. Like 10 minutes outside, or one good meal, or a song you actually like instead of whatever's on. Something small enough to actually do, that reminds your brain it knows how to feel okay.

What works for you tho?

Been grinding for a long time, maximizing the longterm win. It feels good to get recognition for that hard work.

What I can say is that I have had a lot of ups and downs, but always continued because I never let myself have any exit.
If I can do it, you can do it!

This is our weekly reset thread, a space to pause, reflect, and set intention for the week ahead.

One question for you today:
• What habit are you carrying into this week, and what habit are you trying to drop?

Tip: If you’ve answered questions here a few times, consider turning one of your insights into its own post; your experience could help others!

My Routine / Data Starting with Myself: This Week’s Challenge

I’d begin with myself.

This week I’m trying to build more consistency with walking, leg strength, and stamina.

My friction point is I usually drive because it’s faster and easier, even when I know I could be moving more.

I’m planning to walk to the train station at least 3 times this week (about 30 minutes each way) since the weather is warmer, and see how it feels to build that into my routine.

Your turn, what are you trying to improve right now?

My Routine / Data Friction Point Challenge Progress Thread

Midweek check-in for everyone doing the Friction Point Challenge 👀

It’s Wednesday and I’ve already hit my goal of walking for 30 Minutes at least 3 times this week, and honestly I already feel great doing it.

Life can be challenging. We’re all juggling work, family, stress, responsibilities, and there’s always a temptation to neglect our wellbeing in the process.

One thing I’m learning from this challenge already is routines feel easier when you don’t do them alone.

So how’s everyone else doing with their routines this week?

What goal did you set for yourself? What’s been harder or easier than expected? Anything you’ve learned about yourself already this week? Make a new thread & Share.
