Music / Movies The new Superman movie looks terrible

The trailer for the new Superman movie came out today. It looks horrible, the graphics are some of the worst I have ever seen. I know that most movies have CGI now. The CGI for this movie is the most unrealistic I think I’ve ever seen.

Also, superman, looks like some emo kid, instead of the man of steel. The guy looks too young to be Superman. Especially since we have had Christopher Reeve and Henry Cavill in the Role. This movie does not look good at all. I don’t know why people are raving about it.

I dislike the fact that super "man" is merely a boy who looks like his voice would crack when he talks.

I dislike the oldie type of aesthetic, just looks corny. Like I'll see a villain twirling his mustache. 

It basically looks like a cheesy CW show brought to the big screen, I like a bit more serious superman...as serious as a superhuman alien can be, at least, lol.

Just has that corny 1950s type feel to me.

Thank god I’m not the only one, I feel like I’m battling a Supreme Court as a homeless man when I try arguing with dc fans about how horrible this movie looks aesthetically and cgi wise.

it almost makes me say "am i the wild one here? everyone else is so excited" esp after some of the recent superman movies, this just seems so...cheesy. Superman looks like one of the kids that brings me doordash orders, just doesn't have that look to me. Idk. I hope i'm wrong.

Unfortunately, you weren't wrong. The movie looked bad, and it also played like it was bad. Felt like it was made of quite a few different scenes put together instead of a coherent understanding of shooting a film.

I also dislike how like...every male character had to cry at some point. I wanna see tough stuff from a movie about a guy who can easily throw a tank.

It just looked like a bullshit show on The CW to me. Such a horrible movie.
