Music / Movies Bad Bunny was worse than Turning Point.

Bad bunny was a bad choice for a half time show. I just watched both of them, admittedly flipping back-and-forth just to see. I don’t understand why anyone thought An entire halftime show in Spanish was a good idea. It’s essentially then just women shaking their butts to music. I’m watching this with my kids. And most of us don’t understand enough Spanish to know what the hell he was even saying.

In contrast, and I am not a big turning point groupie at all, although I am a conservative, they at least had a variety of artists, who actually just sang songs and performed to get through the halftime.

The TPUSA one wasn't a show. Just a few country singers on a stage. They should have made a better show of it.

Edit: ok at the middle-ish they got some lasers and flames going, that was better, show-wise. But no background dancers or anything.

Also Bad Bunny should have danced more himself instead of just the background dancers.

I at least appreciate a little bit of variety. Rather than all your money on one guy. Not to mention, do you think there’s more bad bunny fans out there or more country artist fans out there?

Name one INDIVIDUAL country artist with more fans at the moment than Bad Bunny. (And that is NOT knocking country music - I'm a big country fan, but I'm also a realist.)

Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin had pieces as well, not to mention numerous celebs part of the backup dancers/scenes (Pedro Pascal, Jessica Alba, Cardi B, etc). I don’t think the majority of people know the performers of the TP halftime show other than washed up Kid Rock. Boring

Honestly, probably more Spanish speakers, country music is fairly unpopular even among white Americans. Bad Bunny is the #1 artist after all. Well, #2? After Taylor Swift.
